1. Waiting list function in TicketShop

The function allows a contact to subscribe to a waiting list when an event, performance or seat category are sold out. In this case, the “Subscribe to the waiting list” button is displayed. For the subscription it is necessary to access the contact’s account (if the contact does not have any, a new one would have to be created).

2. Activation of the waiting list

This function is activated/deactivated from the “Internet Parameters” tab within the point of sales (on the configurations of the sales channel). The waiting list can only be activated for Internet sales channels.

The waiting list has to be activated within each event for which you wish to have the list available as well.

3. Management of the waiting list

The waiting list can be managed from the “Waiting list” menu. From this screen you can search for subscribed contacts, send manually an email to inform a contact that there are tickets available again and unsubscribe contacts from the waiting list.
