SecuTix allows two systems to be connected in inter-institution. One institution sells tickets for the other.

In those cases, for a given product, one institution is the Manager, the other one the Reseller.

Let us suppose that we have two institutions, MANAG (the Manager) and RESELL (the reseller).

To set up TnAC for MANAG, we need to:

  1. Do a normal setup for MANAG
  2. Then declare RESELL as "reseller" in MANAG's TnAC, and enter RESELL's encryption key.
    1. Go to Institution->Organisation-->Access control setup
    2. add new line to institution keys, and enter RESELL's encryption key
    3. add new line to supplementary ticketing systems and enter RESELL's access control credentials.
  3. Synchronize both catalogs (MANAG's one, and RESELL's one) to MANAG's TnAC
    1. Go to Organization->Access control->Initialization->Synchronise access control
    2. Enter Resell's season code and click "Import"
  4. Update TnAC's DB to remove the link between RESELL's season and RESELL's TnAC.
