TED is built on top of a sales channel of type producer/partner space. This guide will walk you through the specific configuration required to have such a point of sales up and running. For sake of simplicity, it will not cover the usual configuration, which is required for any regular internet point of sales.
Sales channel creation
- Create a new internal sales channel of type producer/partner space.
- Select the authorized contingent. To be able to view all the data, all contingent should be authorized, but you can also decide to only authorize a sub-set of contingents.
The options of the parameters tab have no impact and default values get be kept.
Point of sales creation
- Create a new point of sales for your TED sales channel
- You will need to create a service ticket for the URL creation, either as a sub-domain of yours (like https://ted.yourwebsite.com/), or as a SECUTIX point of sale (https://INSTIT_CODE-something.shop.secutix.com/). See Custom URL.
- In the Internet Parameters tab,
- add the path of the dashboard to root redirection URL, e.g., https://ted.shop.secutix.com/report/dashboard/
- make sure to allow the export of products not on sales
- enable the sales report check-box in section Available functions
- In the Advanced tab of the Internet theme screen, add the following configurations:
- Configure the available option of the sales history view drop down
- Activate the report management tool
- Limit the displayed quota to the authorized contingents

- In the Authorised contacts screen, add the structures you want to allow access to TED. These structures must be producer structures (see the next step). Any relay of authorised structures will be able to access TED.

Producer and relay creation
There are two types of producer you can create to grant access to TED:
- Producer: relays of producers will only see the data of products of which they are the producer, i.e., according to the explicit configuration done in the General tab for each product.
- TED admin: relays of TED admins will see all the data available on the portal, regardless of the configured producers at product level. TED admins are created by adding the TED admin contact criteria to the structure.
