We've added some new features to the already rich set of tools available in the new online sales landing page. They will cover more configuration scenarios and provide your customers with an excellent online user experience.

A new type of section is now available: the paginated list. This kind of section allows you to display the catalogue products in a vertical list layout. Pagination is available and configurable to enable the display of a large number of products, or product occurrences, without filling up the page vertically.

It is now also possible to display products that are not yet on sale or products that are restricted by a contact/indicator advantage. This is supported by all section types. New configuration options also allow you to display previously hidden information, like price, description preview, action buttons, or sales start date for products not on sale.

Please note that all these configuration options are also available in standalone Gravity widgets. For more information, please follow this link: A new set of Gravity widgets.

Paginated list section

The new section type 'Paginated list' can be configured in the landing page Section screen (point of sale configuration). As with other sections, it must be linked either to all products available in the online sales profile or to a specific cluster that has been predefined. You can choose different display granularities in the section: products or product occurrences (where applicable, i.e. for events, competitions, visit passes or time slot passes). There is also an option that lets you define how many items per page will be displayed.

Display of products not on sale or restricted

To tease your customers with upcoming sales, a new set of options is available in the Section configuration screen. These options allow you to display products that are not yet on sale or that are restricted among the set of products configured in the linked cluster(s). Such products will be displayed on the landing page but won't be accessible for any sales operations. When displaying products that are not on sale, you also have the option to show the date on which they will become available.

Configuration options for products that are restricted or not on sale, in the Section screen

Products that are not on sale will be displayed in the landing page as shown in the following screenshots (note that this also applies to vertical paginated layouts):

Restricted products (i.e. accessible only through contact/indicator advantages) will be presented as in the screenshots below. When not connected, users will be prompted to log in to access their advantage. If a user is logged in but does not have access to the advantage, a message will display additional information and a link to the product information page (the link configured for the product, in the
internet description URL field).

Additional optional information

Additional information can be displayed for every product contained in the section. The additional options allow you to display price information, description previews and action buttons. Please note that action buttons will always be displayed when there are multiple options linked to the product: i.e. if more than one puchase option among sales, reservation and option is available for the product.
