Following user feedback, SecuTix has made several changes to timeslot passes in order to expand their scope of operation.
Slot start and end time
New! You can now define if a timeslot pass only displays the start time or the start and end time.
This change is also reflected in the packages.
Packages: Propose an event related to a timeslot pass
Organising an evening concert and want your customers to come earlier to take advantage of a visit to your establishment? This is now possible with this new feature. Matterhorn V1 enables you to group events and timeslot passes in the same package.
The dependence between the package products automatically proposes the same date for the two products but leaves the choice on time slots open. The relationship is two-way: both can be the "parent" of the package (pass > event or event > pass). The information of availability of the "subsidiary" lines are used to restrict the choice at the "parent" level and avoid inconsistencies.
Did your know?
When you create a package pass > pass or event > event , the default response of the ticket shop requires the same date and offers the user the choice of times of slots/performances. You can change this response if you want to require the same time between the two passes or the two events. To enable this automatic response, contact the support team, which will change this setting (by setting config.package.timeslot.compareByTime to "true").
