How to activate this feature?
To take advantage of this feature, contact the customer service that will activate it for your Internet fields (an internal guide is made available to them).
Do you want to stop your customers from modifying their birth date in order to unduly benefit from youth rates? Do you want all name modifications to be processed by your customer service to limit fraud? SecuTix now makes it possible to change some personal information (civility, last name, first name and/or date of birth) to not modifiable on all your Internet fields.
In case you prefer freedom to be given to internet users and thus to reduce the charge on your customer service, it is no problem: all these fields remain editable by default by your internet users as they used to be.
