When an internet user chooses the PREPAYMENT payment method, a reservation order is created first. The customer must pay his order, for example by bank transfer. Once the organisation has received the payment confirmation of the bank, the reservation order is converted to a sales order and the tickets are available. Since this process takes some time, the PREPAYMENT payment method shouldn't be proposed if the order contains some events or visits that will take place very shortly after the reservation has been performed-

Solution

The operator may set-up a number of days for the PREPAYMENT payment method. If the number of days remaining before the first event or visit purchased in the order is less than the configured duration, the PREPAYMENT payment method won't be proposed.

Example

An internet user creates an order on the 2nd of October and the duration has been set to 5 days.

  • If the internet user selects an event taking place on the 4th of October, he won't be allowed to use the PREPAYMENT.
  • If the internet user selects an event taking place on the 7th of October or later, he will be allowed to use the PREPAYMENT.
