Definition of the target

Create a dynamic target containing individuals who have neither opted in, nor opted out to your newsletters

If you don’t find an authorization called “Accept communication from institution by email”, you can find the appropriate label for your institution by checking in the details of a contact (no matter which), tab Marketing, first label in section Legal information.

If your institution manages multiple organizations, we suggest to target contacts that haven’t provided a consent (neither positive nor negative) for any of your organizations. To do this, simply select all the organizations of your institution as illustrated below.

 

In order to allow your customers to opt-in as easily as possible, we suggest you to add a link to the user profile in the email. After having clicked on the link, the user will log in and click on the authorization check box (if, of course, he wants to provide his consent).
