Managing B2B distribution is now even simpler with a new contact filter available on the distribution seat map. The filter allows quickly identifying tickets of certain contacts to be able to take them back and re-distribute to someone else.
Solution
A new contact filter has been added on top of the distribution map, for both the "To distribute" and the "Distributed" tab. To accommodate this fourth filter, the filter panel has been redesigned to make it even more user friendly.
Getting started
From the distribution map, simply click on the new contact filter and select the desired contacts. It is also possible to narrow down the number of items in the drop-down through incremental search. Start typing to filter the contacts, then select the contacts or press "Enter" to automatically select all the remaining filtered contacts.
Once the selection done, click on "Apply Filters". A new "Reset filters" button has also been added in the filter panel for ease of use.
