To have a nice ticket (Color Ticket) printed by external company, we have provided a new way of exporting tickets to external company.

  • In the existing Printer Interface, a new function "Export PDF tickets and letter file" was introduced.
    • This new function can be configured to run automatically (this function is run for every configured period) or manually (if operator would like to execute the export function by himself)
    • Mode of exporting tickets: there are 2 modes, configured in ELCADMIN, either STANDARD (for normal PDF export) or MYTICKET (specific with ticket template of the customer)

How to configure and run this new function:

  1. Product:
    1. A A4 model variant must be available for the ticket model of product.
    2. Tour: a "background back" should also be configured so that the back side should also be printed.
  2. Printer Interface:
    1. In order to have the exported PDF tickets readable by the printing company, configure an FTP with username and password which contains at least a sub folder EXPORTED
  3. Export PDF ticket function:
    1. The point of sale is needed for exporting tickets, ONE and ONLY ONE PDF printer must be configured for this point of sale.
    2. The criteria (Sale channel, Shipment mode) are available allowing operator to choose the tickets for export
  4. After executing this function:
    1. A ZIP file containing the PDF tickets is created
    2. A letter file is also created together with the PDF tickets
    3. if a file server is configured at Printer interface level, the ZIP file (which contains both PDF tickets and letter file) will be send to folder EXPORTED of the provided file server.
  5. Content of the PDF Ticket in MYTICKET mode : the exported PDF file is used to be printed on 2 sides pages, each page contains:
    1. Front side: Contains address as well as contact name, producer, with 2 tickets.
    2. Back side: 2 background back of the 2 tickets.

6. Content of the PDF Ticket in STANDARD mode: the exported PDF file contains all the A4 tickets printed merged into one big PDF file (same as mass-printing on Ticket Shop).
