Co-Season ticket holder management has been improved to create only beneficiaries instead of a contact file when your customers are only providing a last name/first name. Thanks to this feature you can increase the data quality of your contact database.
Problem
Without this feature the system systematically creates contacts in the database, which can lead to duplicate contacts creation when the end users are not entering enough data to identify an already existing contact in the database.
Solution
Enabling this feature will avoid the creation of contacts when only the firstname and lastname are given by the customer. In such case, only beneficiary contacts will be created and the cultural contact will remain the purchase contact.
How to get started
In the point of sales parameter there is a new check box available named "create contact only if the email is entered, otherwise create a beneficiary". When checked, the new feature is active do the following :
A beneficiary is created
A contact is created
A contact with an internet account is created
