Are you an institution managing a number of organisations? From the Institution sub-menu, you can now define shared profiles for use across all organisations attached to your institution. These profiles can of course be 'Institution' profiles, but you can also have 'Organisation' or 'Sales channel' profiles. You are completely at liberty to define specific profiles for one or other of your organisations, but managing the 'Operator' profiles has become far simpler.
The 'Shared' profiles feature in the list of profiles in the Organisation sub-menu. They can be used like all other profiles but they may only be edited when you are in the Institution sub-menu. In order to be able to differentiate them, a new column called 'Shared' has been added to the list of operator profiles in the Organisation sub-menu.
