Online sales
- For our customers acting as a distributor/marketplace: SecuTix allows you to collect consent to newsletters on behalf of your promoters or partners. Promoter/partner products may be sold on your global sales portal or on affiliate (dedicated) webshops. This feature will be extended in Breithorn V3 with double opt-in and will be described on a dedicated page upon delivery of double opt-in.
Back-office
- The seat map provides a new view "Contingent + Category". The inner part of the seat will be displayed with the color of the contingent and the border of the seat will be displayed with the color of the category. This new configuration is available in the Back Office and Box Office (edition of logical and sales configuration, sales).
- Apple Pay domain verification steps are now automated for domain verification, Apple keychain authentication certificate and SSL certificates file upload. A reminder mechanism for certificate renewal is now also in place.
- Restriction on changing the invoice contact once pending account installments have started being paid has been lifted and a change of invoice contact is now possible at any time, even if a partial refund happened somewhere in between. All existing payments will be adjusted from an accounting point of view to match the change of contact.
