If you use bills including due dates for your clients (especially B2B), these clients can now be notified by email when a maturity that has not yet been paid expires (or will soon expire). Your clients are thus informed about payments that they may have forgotten to make or that they will soon have to make, without any additional workload for your accounting service.

This feature is available for all sales made using a waiting account payment mode with a follow-up. To use this feature, you have to create a new batch program of the "Deadline management" type, in the "Organization" context, "Tools" module, New. You can then decide on the frequency of these reminders, on unpaid instalments to remind according to their date (instalments with a deadline overdue for a number of days, or whose date will be exceeded in a certain number of days), and on a minimal amount still to be paid. The email will also include a summary dossier attached in order to remind the client about the concerned file and the amount due for the said file.
