Description
Refund Protect is a benefit of Protect Group membership which offer to the spectators a new refundable booking option at the point of sale (allowing them to upgrade to an enhanced set of terms conditions). The spectator pays an optional additional fee in order for them to benefit from these enhanced T&C’s on bookings which would normally be non-refundable.
Should the customer be unable to attend their booking because of unforeseen circumstances which are outside of their control, then they can apply for a 100% refund through the Refund Protect website, you will keep 100% of the original booking revenue whilst the customer receives a full refund from us within a matter of days.
