How to access Keys

Overview of Keys

Keys is designed to give you visibility into the API activities within your SECUTIX environment. Whether your system is connected to external systems like CRM, custom ticket shops, or data analytics platforms, Keys helps you monitor who is calling what, when, at what frequency, and which volume.

Key benefits of Keys:

  • Understand the usage of your system in detail.
  • Optimize your integrations by streamlining the calls made to perform specific actions.



Monitoring API usage

With Keys, you can:

  • Monitor inbound and outbound API calls: Track calls coming into your systems (like those from a custom ticket shop) and calls going out (like those to a CRM integration).
  • Identify recurring errors: Quickly see and address frequent issues.
  • Check activities of virtual operators: Whether internal or external, understand each operator's actions in your system.

Visualizing data

Keys provides graphical representations of your data over time, allowing for intuitive understanding and analysis:

  • Time Filters: Customize the time range of data displayed using the menu on the left. You can click on a specific bar in the graph to zoom into that time frame.
  • Key Filters: Focus on a specific virtual operator or "key" to see their specific activities.
  • Detailed Analysis: Each item on the dashboard represents a combination of a key and an API method (e.g., MOSA_B2C/getCatalogDetailed). Click on the small arrow at the end of an item's line to expand details such as call size, payload, response type, response time, and origin IP.
