There are different ways of creating a new operator. If it is not necessary to assign a sales channel, this VO (virtual operator from now on), will be created from the operator's menu in the organization menu straight away.
Organization > Operators > Virtual Operator
In this case, to assign our VO to an interface, we need to make it link this VO to the Sales channel.
- Create a new Sales channel for the correspondent reseller.
Sales channel of origin: Internal
Type: Realtime Interface
Paremeters > Senders email: Add a valid email / Add number of proposals (e.g. 10)
Go to Organization Sales Channel and select the one just created on the institution part.
Activate new sales channel, create a new PoS (Point of Sale), and activate it. (workstation not needed)
2. Go to VO menu in Organization > Operator
Change the password and Activate VO created alongside the Sales Channel.
The previous Steps complete the process of creating a Virtual operator. When VO is created, a new interface for the reseller will be created.
Tools> List of Interface > new
Sales Channel: Select the one created on the previous steps:
Fill in the required fields
Login and Password are the VO we have created alongside the sales channel
