In SecuTix, a Structure is a specific type of Contact. "Structure" corresponding to a Company or an Association
You can create the file for a new structure by completing its administrative file.
You can also create or associate one or more individual contacts with your structure (recommended). The contact then becomes the “Relay” of the structure.
A Relay is a representative of a structure that is authorized to make transaction on behalf of the structure.
When only a relay is set for a structure, they will become the primary contact. If a structure has more than one relay, you'll be able to change and choose who needs to be the primary relay: They'll be able to see and modify the information of their structure on the ticketshop, including the structure criteria and financial management.
