This page shows all the mobile logs of users related to user authentication, login/logout, reset password, activation, and deactivation. (All this information is mostly useful for debugging purposes)
The organizer can see a set of full information related to a log including log level (i = info, e = error, w = warn), spectator email, user action, message, app name, app version, device model, platform, and timestamp (Mobile time based)
Clicking on the spectator's email will redirect to the Support→Spectator screen.
On BackOffice, go to the Mobile logs page:
