This page shows all the mobile logs of users related to user authentication, login/logout, reset password, activation, and deactivation. (All this information is mostly useful for debugging purposes)
The organizer can see a set of full information related to a log including spectator email, actions, message, log level (INFO, ERROR, WARNING), platform, OS version, app version, device model, device id, system date, mobile date
Clicking on the spectator's email will redirect to the Support→Spectator screen.
On BackOffice, go to the Mobile logs page:
