This page allows organizers to view all ticket transactions logged in the TIXNGO blockchain system.
This page also displays information about the transaction such as the date, the ticket ID, the sender and receiver if it exists, the transaction type, status, and hash, as well as the reason if it exists (only for transfers).
In TIXNGO blockchain system, there are mainly 3 types of transactions:
- Inject (ticket injected to TIXNGO)
- Transfer (spectator transfers ticket to another one)
- Delete (Ticket deleted on TIXNGO)
This page is very useful to track if is there any stuck transaction (Pending/KO status) that the spectator encounter.
Search and filter
- Looking for any specifics transactions by searching keys: Ticket ID, TxHash, Tax Number, Transaction date-time, Sender or Recipient email
- Organizers can also filter by the status of transaction, TxType or Contingent
Export Data
You can export all ticket transactions (Export button).
What you should know
- Huge traffic on blockchain might lead to the PENDING of a transaction which take a delay time to complete.
- When it comes to KO status, it means transaction is failed on blockchain
