Direct payment by distance selling at the box office
Direct payment by distance selling at the box office is used by call centres or in the absence of EPTs. To date, operators were redirected to a payment page directly managed by the payment service provider. Now, customers who use Ogone's service will also be able to use the "Post" mode by entering data in a SecuTix application page and sending it to Ogone.
This new payment variant has the following advantages:
- The operator experience is consistent.
- An alias can be stored to facilitate all automatic payment processes, e.g. credit card payment in several instalments. Alias storage will be available soon.
This new payment method is available for box office sales and for pending account or credit account payments.
