This ticket list page gives organizers an overview of their all tickets that have been injected into the TIXNGO system in real time.

The ticket list by default is ordered by injection time, meaning newly injected tickets will be displayed first.

Search and filter

  • Organizers can search by Ticket ID, Tax Number, Barcode, Event (multi-select), Spectator Email, Ticket Status, File Number, Validity, Activation, Event Group (multi-select), and Contingent (the visibility of this field related to the setting key enable.contingent.feature in the Organizer Settings)

Edit single ticket
Edit ticket

  • Under action column, you can edit the ticket details of a ticket by clicking the pencil icon
  • Only main, extra, hidden details are available for editing
  • Organizer can decide to send a push notification about the change to spectator


Delete single ticket

  • Under action column, you can delete a ticket by clicking the delete icon.
  • Delete reason is required for any delete action on TIXNGO
  • Organizer can also choose to either show the deleted ticket on spectator’s app or not


Transfer ticket

  • Organizer (AU- & BU) has the ability to transfer ticket to another spectator with functionality below.
  • The transfering on Backoffice will be executed regardless of previous ticket transfer rules.
  • Controlled or deleted tickets or tickets of expired event can't be transfered via Backoffice

Steps:

  • Click on the send button to open the dialog
  • Provide the destinated email and mandatory reason for the transfer
  • Confirm executing the transfer


Export data

  • You can export the all ticket information (Export button) or only ticket details (Export ticket details button) by clicking the corresponding buttons.
