Even if Apple computers are not supported by SecuTix, it is still possible to access SecuTix and to work from a Mac.

Some actions are required in order to detect the workstation. Please see below

 

Reminder :

  • Interactions with peripherals plugged to SecuTix is impossible
  • Ticket editor as well as Seatmap editor may not be accessible
  • The user is responsible for any issues due to actions done from a Mac

 

How to

  1. After creating your workstation, instead of clicking on , enter a random value in the field Desk identifier and save.
    Ex : 12345679
  2. Log out
  3. Log in
  4. Enter the following url in your browser, replacing blue elements :
    https://your-domain/tnsx/sales/identifyPhyDesk.htm?phdIdentifier=your-identifiant
    Ex: http://www.secutix.com/tnsx/sales/identifyPhyDesk.htm?phdIdentifier=12345679
  5. You can now see that your workstation is now detected, and that you can access the sales context.
