New features
Online sales
- Make it easier for your B2B users to distribute tickets to existing individuals: the existing check on the first name and last name when entering an existing email address can be turned off thanks to the new point-of-sales parameter "Ignore first/last name check for existing contact".
Back-office
- In order to improve the stability and performance of our reporting tool, all the reports belonging to the list of tickets and cultural history domains (also called sub-topics) may generate a maximum of 80'000 lines.
- The option request document sent out from S-360 when an option is created can now include room and venue data (like in other S-360 transactional documents).
Onsite sales
- From the ticket list, you can now allow operators to capture collection information when reprinting tickets, e.g. when supporting mobile ticket operations.
