Previously, internet user who checking out as guest could only choose Eticket shipment mode.
With the newly introduced parameter "config.deliveryModes.guestCheckoutEnabled=true" at "Point Of Sales > Internet theme > Tab Advanced"
Internet user could choose other shipment mode where they could add address for the shipment when checking out as Guest
