It is now possible to configure a new contact criterion that associates a customer to a color. The list of available values and associated colors has to be configured first by SecuTix. Criterion name and colors associated (wording color + background color) can be submit to customer support.
Warning : Please be aware SecuTix background is white, please never associate a value to white Color.
You can then specify the values of the contact criterion in the back-office. This would be also be available online.
Depending on the value of this contact criterion, the contact field in the 'payments' list will appear in different colors.
This can be used to quickly check which pending payment should be accepted or refused, if this is a known contact.
Note : for now, those colors are only visible in the Payments screen.
