New features

Onsite sales

  • From the ticket list, you can now allow operators to capture collection information when reprinting tickets, e.g. when supporting mobile ticket operations.
  • Customize the contact creation form by Sales Channels.
  • In the Institution context, within Screen configuration, you can customize the Back-Office contact creation form by Sales Channels. You can now define which fields are visible in the form and their visibility (hidden, visible, not mandatory.

Back-office

  • Ticket checks history returned by the access control is now also available on the ticket details screen.
  • Cancel single entries for performance/match batch has been improved and news filters have been introduced allowing you to target specific contact numbers, ticket numbers, or tickets on resale.
  • Tickets on the resale screen have been refactored and now news filters have been introduced allowing you to target specific contact or ticket (by number or barcode).
