In the Dufour V2 version of SecuTix 360º, we established a plan-based mechanism to distribute seats for championships products (including matches) and single events.

With Matterhorn V1, we are offering you a second batch of changes to enhance the ticket distribution process in the world of sport and theatre. Selecting seats en bloc, recovery of unused tickets, better control of the end beneficiaries - many features have been designed to facilitate the work of sports clubs and make the process of inviting sponsors and VIPs even more agile.

Seat selection "en masse"

Seats are normally selected on the plan map on a seat-by-seat basis. To be more effective in situations that require the processing of large volumes of seats, we provide you with a lasso tool. This tool allows you to encircle a set of seats and select them en bloc. By avoiding having to make a selection seat by seat, you save valuable time.

A simple Ctrl + click defines the edges of the lasso. To close the loop, double click or move to the starting point. Have you created too large of a shape? Not a problem, deselection is possible using Alt + click.

Recovery of unused tickets by your relays

SecuTix 360º enables you to distribute your tickets on a cascade basis through several agents, your relays (B2B). A ticket can be transferred several times from one relay to another before being distributed or printed by the end customer (B2C). For example, you can assign a seat quota to your main sponsor, which then distributes them to five partners who in turn distribute their own seat quota to their end customers. You can set up as many relays as necessary.

However, the first relay may not use the entire seat quota that you transferred to it. To facilitate the management of such special cases, we have developed a function that allows you to "get back" unused tickets and put them back into circulation by, for example, reallocating them to other relays. Thus, the only selectable tickets are those that have not yet been used by the relay, i.e. neither distributed to another relays or printed.

As such, a new setting allows you to display (or not) the name of the end beneficiary of tickets to all relays who handled that ticket. You can provide total transparency to your relays.

Greater control of the end beneficiaries

When large numbers of tickets are distributed to several partners, it is sometimes difficult to keep an eye on the identity of the end beneficiaries at a given time. Accordingly, we have developed a third mode to allow you to enter the beneficiaries of the tickets, modify them or get the tickets back. This mode is only applicable to thermal tickets. It can even be activated once the tickets have been generated by a printer. This feature is particularly useful when managing VIP guests, for instance.

Overview of your beneficiaries

It is also possible to precisely display the status of a seat. Is a seat still in the hands of one of your relays? Has a beneficiary's name been entered (partially or completely)? Should the information on a beneficiary be shown or not to all the relays?

Opposite is an example of a ticket transferred to a relay, "Fabrice Bodmer", from the company SecuTix SA. The latter printed the ticket for a beneficiary, but the name and surname of the end beneficiary is not public (by configuration).

Display filters

In addition, we offer you three filters to highlight the various seats amongst a wide selection.

Opposite is an example of a filter that make it possible to distinguish the various ticket statuses. Items not included in the filter appear in grey.

Fine settings

Lastly, these features' settings have been regrouped in the settings screen of a point of sale. Each item can be individually activated so as to offer you all the flexibility imaginable.
