External price components are set-up exactly in the same way as internal price components. You can define if an external price component may be refunded or not, when the refund is requested by the end customer.

In order to enter the amounts of the external price components, you should follow the steps described below
Enter the catalog prices
Create the price grid and enter the amounts as usual
You have first to enter the catalog prices. Then, you must create a price grid breakdown The prices of an open pass inside a package are now set-up in the same way as for events and visit or time slot passes.
By default, the open pass will be sold at the same price alone or inside the package. You can define specific prices (for your pass inside the package) by clicking on the MODIFY PRICE button. The modified prices are highlighted in blue.
