 Reusable voucher usage becomes easier: the remaining amount is now displayed to the customer in his account, ensuring transparent information and an incitation for your customers to spend the remaining amount.


In addition, back-office operators have now access to the same information through the ticket details.

Solution

This information will be available:

  • In the user account page. If a voucher has already been used a first time, the information will be available to the voucher owner and not to the purchaser of the voucher. In other words, if a person A buys a voucher and gives it to person B, only person B will be able to see this information as soon as he's known to the system.
  • At the box office, in the ticket detail screen
