Are you using SecuTix' access control or a two-way-integration of a third party access control? Then you can use our improved controlled ticket view of the seat map to monitor live the people entering your venue.
Once the controlled ticket view is activated within 24 hours of the start of the event or match, the system will regularly (heartbeat indicator) retrieve the access control data and automatically refresh the following elements:
- Seat map: once a ticket is controlled the corresponding seat will change color.
- FREE (grey by default)
- NO-SHOW (yellow by default)
- CONTROLLED (green by default)
- NEW Access control graph: The graph at the bottom shows the number of controlled tickets per minutes. The first red line indicates gate opening time and the 2nd one the start time.
- NEW Access control table: The table on the right shows the number of controlled tickets per 15 minutes.
Both the table and graph are automatically displayed when the controlled ticket view is triggered but can be hidden from the "view" menu.
The controlled ticket data can also be loaded and displayed in the graph and table for events or matches in the past.
