Resale fees are setup as overheads of type "Refund by contact" and their amount is defined based on the overhead table associated to the resale platform sales channel. Note that unlike other overheads, refund overheads for the resale platform are charged per ticket and not per order. In this way, the fee remains the same for the seller irrespective of the number of buyers.
Measuring the revenues derived from the resale fee is easy. These fees are included in the "Summary of fees" reporting domain like all other fees.
