When an online payment fails, SecuTix informs customers by adding a note to their file. Until now, it was impossible to delete the notification even if the payment went through on the second attempt (using a different credit card, for example).

To prevent any confusion for back-office operators, the failed payment notification is now deleted from the file once a payment goes through.
