- When submitting, updating, or canceling a lottery application, a dedicated email can be configured to be sent to the user. Read more
- Contact criteria with internet visibility "READ" are now displayed on the user profile of the ticket shop as a read-only field. This can be useful to inform users of some data points captured but without letting the user update it any longer.
- Managing B2B distribution is now even simpler with a new contact filter available on the distribution seat map. The filter allows quickly identifying tickets of certain contacts to be able to take them back and re-distribute them to someone else.
- The import/export distribution file has been simplified and can now be customized to better match your specific wording, making it even more intuitive to use.
- Using post-sales seating? Fans buying tickets in different sales phases will see their newly purchased tickets automatically linked with past purchases, ensuring that all tickets are seated together.
