- Organizer (AU- & BU) has the ability to transfer ticket to another spectator with functionality below.
- The transfering on BO will be executed regardless of previous ticket transfer rules.
- Tickets Controlled or deleted tickets or tickets of expired events event can't be transfered via BO
Steps:
- Click on the send button to open the dialog
- Fill out Provide the destinated email and mandatory reason for the transfer
- Confirm executing the transfer
