By default, the internet users or operators have to enter the BIC code of the end customer's bank account. You can request a SecuTix service to make the BIC optional for a list of countries. For example, you can decide that end customer residing in the same country as your institution don't have to enter the BIC code but still require the BIC for end customers living abroad. The service team will store the codes of the countries with optional BIC in the institution parameter Sepa optional BIC. |
