It is now possible to configure a new contact criterion that associates a customer to a color. The list of available values and associated colors has to be configured first by SecuTix. Criterion name names and colors associated (wording text color + background color) can be submit to customer support. Warning : Please be aware SecuTix background is white, please never associate a value to white Colorsubmitted in a Service Ticket.
You can then specify the values of the contact criterion in the back-office. This would be also be available online.
