In cases, your member users have trouble with 2FA you can resend the QR code for specific accounts by click on resend QR button

In case your organizer is using separate accounts for each tournament or competition. Now, you can assign access rights to multiple organizer's accounts for the same email address. Learn more

And if an email has access rights to multiple organizers, the account is placed at a higher security level. Therefore, you cannot disable 2FA for this account unless it is removed from other organizers and retains access rights only to this organizer.

How to set up 2FA?

 The first time you login to TIXNGO Backoffice, you can use authenticator apps to scan the QR code, and then provide the verification code to continue

  1. Click on "Add Account"
  2. choose "Scan QR Code"
  3. Now, scan the QR code is displayed on TIXNGO Backoffice
  4. Pick a logo
  5. "Enter Account Nickname" to easy easily find it at the next time, in case you have too many 2FA key in authenticator appslater
  6. Back to TIXNGO Backoffice and enter the generated verification code
  • On the mobile side, this example is using Authy apps
