  • Amending booked and sold tickets (change date, tarif, quantity)

Search

With the new ticket management screen you can quickly access any booked or paid tickets. You can easily see all the important details regarding the ticket such as the number of participants, the product, the price, barcode and file number. 




Manage booked and sold tickets

From the search screen result section you can select tickets and process changes such as :

  • Change the timeslot of your visit and edit the number of participants or group details
  • Change seat for event, performances and matches
  • Change tariffs

The mobile operator will guide you through the exchange process and ensure that any additionnal amount needed would be paid before issuing any new tickets while invalidating the old tickets.

The mobile operator will let you pay your orders with the following payment methods :

  • Credit / Debit cards
  • Cash
  • Vouchers
  • Any external payment you would setup
