There are two modules in Secutix from which contacts can be searched: The Contacts module in the Organization context and in the Sales module in the Sales channel context.

In the Contacts module you will be able to search for all the different types of contacts: Individuals, structures, guides, suppliers...

Remember that you'll be able to find and search for relays both from the "Individuals" and the "Structures" contact types: You'll be able to identify their role easily and filter them through the "Role" column of the search.

Sometimes some names can be extremely common: Let's say that you search for "alex". It wouldn't be rare that you'll be able to find over a 100 contacts in your database. However, no more than a 100 contacts are displayed per search, so you might need to narrow your search down through the advanced search.

Below you can see all the possible fields you can filter contacts though. All the fields that you fill out will add up and thus narrow down your search.

When making a search you'll see that contacts can appear in three different colors:

  • Black: These are contacts that have already made a purchase, a reservation, are part of an option, or have a cultural history after Secutix was implemented. Contacts with only a financial history are still considered prospects.
  • Blue: These contacts are prospects. They are contacts that haven't made a purchase yet since Secutix was implemented. This means that among these contacts there might be imported ones from other CRMs that made purchases before the software change.
  • Orange: These contacts are potential duplicates. You can learn how to manage them here.

In the Sales module you can also make a quick contact search, and an advanced contact search.

The DNI/Passport number can also be used in any quick search.
