UK Sport clubs they process the massMass-printing season tickets for contacts who finished the renewals before the new season starts.Mass printing for Season ticket cards were already handled but not externally with Fortress UK interface. Hence there are 2 phases to be adaptedof season ticket cards was already possible but it can now also be done for external cards, thanks to the Fortress UK interface.

Two phases need to be executed to achieve this special mass-printing :

1. Process standard mass-printing for all Season season ticket cards with temporary Card IDs via a specific printer called "ExtractPrinter".
2. Running a new batch in Run the new function of the Fortress UK Interface interface to update import real Card card IDs from Fortress.

Set - up a Fortress UK Mass printer with exact Logical the logical name "ExtractPrinter".

Run the standard mass printing function.

All Season tickets are then updated with temporary Card IDs following format "SPOOL-$MemberID"

After making sure all season tickets are printed internally with temporary Card card IDs, schedule a batch to import real Card card IDs from Fortress UK, because only the real Card .  Only real cards IDs can be controlled by Fortress Access control system.

Execute Then execute the new batch function "Import cards printed" in Fortress UK External external manager interface , and follow the results status(existing Fortress UK interface: Organization > Tools > List of Interfaces > Schedule > Import cards printed) , with 2 mandatory parameters to be added:

• • Mass Printing start date
  • Season ticket product code

Finally, follow the execution logs or open the .csv file to see which real card IDs (provided from Fortress) have been updated to the temporary card IDs.
