In certain fields of the contact details, operators can enter any character, including special characters, e.g., a semicolon ";". In terms of contact management, it is not a big issue since operators can remove it manually.
However, when exporting this data, it may become a problem depending on the format, e.g., a semicolon ";" is understood as a column break in CSV files. Operators have thus to manually perform the steps to detect and correct such characters before being able to successfully export the data.
A restriction is done on the back office Contact management to prevent operator entering ";".
