The resale platform of S-360 is great way to connect your customer directly while you are acting as a party of trust ensuring that real ticket are on sale. For the purchasers, to see the availability of tickets per categories it's needed to select a product first for the moment. thanks to this new feature the search for tickets in the best category is improved as the resale platform now displays straigtaway the list of seat categories available on list of performances/matches page.



Solution

To create a better user experience, your contacts can now see the availability per categories directly on the performances/matches selection screen.

Getting started

Go to organization context >> Sales channels >> open a C2C type sales channel >> Point of sales >> Tab Internet Parameter >> enable the new option "Display available seat category".
