Currently, when an internet user selects the “load to card” or “load to badge” delivery method, they can choose to load their season ticket onto a card/badge or print the tickets using print@home. However, after the first ticket is printed or loaded, they cannot change the ticket support. By authorizing later ticket support changes in the ticketshop, users will be able to:
- Reprint their ticket using print@home, if they lose their card.
- Change the beneficiary’s information, print the ticket using print@home and give it to a friend.
Here’s how to do it:
- Choose the “badge + tickets” season ticket printing mode.
- In the internet settings for the point of sales, tick the “Authorize changes to holders after printing” box.
- The user buys a season ticket and chooses the “Load to card/badge” delivery method.
- The user loads the tickets onto a card/badge.
- If they wish to give a ticket to someone else, they can log on to their account and view the list of tickets or order details.
- A “transfer” button allows them to transfer the ticket to a friend. By clicking that button, the system will invite the user to enter the new holder’s information and create a PDF file to be printed.
