Faced with the external technological constraint arising from the discontinuation of support for Java applets in Firefox, we are committed to offering you an alternative while making the changes required by a new opportunity to enhance our solution.
Currently controlled via a Java applet, the former LCD customer displays (with two lines of 20 characters each) will soon therefore no longer be supported by SecuTix. We thus take this opportunity to offer you a new fully customisable public screen which will offer your customers a modern experience in line with your image. The new public display not only imbues your institution with a sense of modernity, but also opens up new possibilities in terms of institutional communication, presentation of your offers and a wealth of information sent to your visitors.
Viewing the current order
The public display already existed in SecuTix 360º. However, its use was restricted to the presentation of the seating plan and operator-selected seats. Its use has been extended to allow you to view details of the current order, the amount payable and change. The seating plan is superimposed on the details of the current command once the operator loads the seating plan screen. Once seat selection has been validated, the details of the order are displayed again.
Customisation
You can easily customise your public display screen according to your communication objectives, the type of use and the hardware used.
In addition to the background colour and text, you can define the layout and incorporate additional multimedia content to enhance the display and offer an initial immersive experience to your visitors.
When ordering, the multimedia content will either be hidden (opaque), displayed transparently (transparent) or displayed side by side (split) depending on the layout.
"Simple" layout (opaque)
In this layout, the display of the order details is superimposed on the multimedia content, the latter only being visible between two orders. Designed primarily for small resolutions, this layout has the advantage of being highly readable. (See the illustration above for an example.)"Transparent" layout
When ordering, the order content is superimposed transparently over the multimedia content. This layout was designed to disseminate institutional content specific to the institution, such as the logo, slideshow or video.
"Split" layout
In this version, the order details are displayed on half of the screen, leaving the other half completely free to display additional content, either yours or that of your partners. In the context of a commercial partnership, advertising images or video of the advertiser will remain visible and are never hidden by the order details. You thus have a communication space that you can market to your partners.

Affichage de la commande en cours
L'écran public existait déjà dans SecuTix 360°. Toutefois, son utilisation était restreinte à la présentation du plan de salle et des places sélectionnées par l'opérateur. Son utilisation a été étendue pour vous permettre d'afficher le détail de la commande en cours, le montant à payer et le rendu monnaie. Le plan de salle vient se superposer sur le détail de la commande en cours dès que l'opérateur charge l'écran du plan de salle. Une fois la sélection des places validée , le détail de la commande s’affiche de nouveau.
Personnalisation
Vous pouvez facilement personnaliser l'affichage de votre écran public en fonction de vos objectifs de communication, du type d'usage et du matériel utilisé.
En complément de la couleur de fond et du texte, vous pouvez définir la mise en page et intégrer un contenu multimédia additionnel afin d'enrichir l'affichage et d'offrir une première expérience immersive à vos visiteurs.
Lors de la prise de commande, le contenu multimédia sera soit masqué (opaque), soit affiché en transparence (transparent), soit affiché côte-à-côte (splitté) en fonction de la mise en page.
Mise en page "simple" (opaque)
Pour cette mise en page, l'affichage du détail de la commande se superpose au contenu multimédia, ce dernier étant visible uniquement entre deux prises de commande. Imaginée avant tout pour les petites résolutions, cette mise en page a l'avantage d'être très lisible. (Voir par exemple l'illustration ci-dessus.)
Mise en page "transparente"
Lors de la prise de la commande, le contenu de la commande se superpose en transparence au contenu multimédia. Cette mise en page a été imaginée afin de diffuser des contenus institutionnels propres à l'institution, comme le logo, un diaporama ou une vidéo.
Mise en page "splittée"
Dans cette version, le détail de la commande s'affiche sur la moitié de l'écran, laissant l'autre moitié entièrement libre pour afficher des contenus additionnels, soit les vôtres, soit ceux de vos partenaires. Dans le contexte d'un partenariat commercial, les images ou vidéos publicitaires de l'annonceur resteront visibles et ne sont jamais cachées par le détail de la commande. Vous disposez donc d'un espace de communication que vous pouvez commercialiser auprès de vos partenaires.
Matériel
Le matériel homologué pour l'écran public est le suivant:
- Glancetron 70-SM (800x480)
- Elo 0710L 7" (800x480)
- DELL E1715S 17’’(1280x1024)
Il est techniquement possible d'utiliser d'autres types d'écrans pour autant qu'ils respectent la résolution minimale de 800x480, toutefois SecuTix n’offre pas de support ou de garantie. A noter que, pour l'affichage du plan de salle, il est possible d'utiliser la résolution minimale, mais nous recommandons une résolution plus importante pour celui-ci (1280x960 ou 1280x1024 ou 1600x900 ou plus) afin qu'il s'affiche de manière optimale.
Comment faire ?
It is possible to use other types of screens provided they have a minimum resolution of 800x480. It should be noted that, for displaying the seating plan, it is possible to use the minimum resolution, although we recommend a higher resolution for it (1280x960, 1280x1024, 1600x900 or more) so that it is optimally displayed.
