The ticket preview feature has already been improved in the previous SecuTix releasereleases. SecuTix goes We go one step further in Allalin V3, still pursuing the same goal: provide a ticket preview with most realistic data, that means data related to the current product and not taken from the variable sets. More precisely, the improvements concern the display of price and seating information.

Solution

Price information

In order to provide real prices on the ticket preview, the tariff drop down displays only tariffs for which a price has been defined for the selected performance or product.

Seating information

  • The operator may select the following additional fields that will be taken into account in the ticket preview:
    • The area (belonging to the selected seat category)
    • The block (belonging to the selected area)
  • He may also enter a row and seat number. SecuTix doesn't check whether the selected area or block contains a seat with the defined row and seat number.


Getting started

  • You can directly start using this improved feature. As before, you have to define a workstation and a variable set defining all the information that aren't directly related to the product and its set-up (example: contingent information, ticket tax number).
