- You can still manage options and reservation cancellations from the menu "Follow-up of options/reservations" in the sales management menu (organisation context).

- cancellation itself is now systematically performed in batch so that the behaviour is exactly the same in both batch and on-line process. You can follow the cancellation process by clicking on the link provided in the information message, as shown below (see green rectangle):
- The letter file remains unchanged.
- The venue external name and venue code mentioned in the ticket file are also set for non-numbered areas.
