Online sales
- No need to download anymore your ticket as PDF: your internet users can access the barcode straightaway on the screen or will receive it in the confirmation email. We believe that this new feature will improve the user experience that you will be providing to your visitors.
Promoter features
- Promoter self service improvements, to ensure privacy-compliant on-site operation and limit control on product presentation: Learn more
- Promoter operators aren't allowed anymore to assign topics to products. Products will inherit from the topics assigned to the tour(s) they belong to. Other operators may still assign directly topics to products.
In the promoter dashboard, new filters by venue or city are available
- In the promoter dashboard, open pass product family is now available
