The filtering only applies on contacts who may buy tickets, that means single public and relays of companies or communities. It doesn't apply on "special" contacts used in more specific contexts (artists to assign to an event, guides to assign to a visit time slot, etc.). |
Getting started
- The promoter/producer model page explains you how to create operators assigned to a promoter.
- Once an operator has been assigned to a promoter, above access right restrictions concerning the set-up will be applied automatically.
- If you assign operators to promoters and want to allow them to access the list of contacts, you must schedule the batch called "Promoter contact connection" so that it runs quite frequently, as shown below:
